Micro probes 1 MHz up to 1 GHz
MFA 02 set
The two in the set included micro probes are used to measure low-frequency magnetic fields up to 1 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD componets (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the BT 706 Bias tee. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm. The micro probes are connected via the Bias tee to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope. The MFA 02 set delivery of Langer EMV-Technik GmbH includes correction lines. With the help of the correction lines the probe output voltage is converted either into the respective magnetic field or to the current which is running through the conductor.

Precision Integrated Analog Front End, Controller, & PWM for Battery Test & Formation Systems
The AD8452 combines a precision analog front-end controller and switch mode power supply (SMPS), pulse-width modulator (PWM) driver into a single silicon platform for high volume battery testing and formation manufacturing. A precision instrumentation amplifier (in-amp) measures the battery charge/discharge current to better than ±0.1% accuracy, while an equally accurate difference amplifier measures the battery voltage. Internal laser trimmed resistor networks establish the in-amp and difference amplifier gains (66 V/V and 0.4 V/V, respectively), and stabilize the AD8452 performance across the rated operating temperature range.

The "TOS5300 Series" is a series of test instruments used in Hipot (withstanding voltage) tests and insulation resistance tests, two of the four tests regarded as necessary for ensuring the safety of electrical products. With an output of 5 kV/100 mA (AC) and 6 kV/10 mA (DC), the series can be used in Hipot (withstanding voltage) & insulation resistance testing of electronic equipment and electronic parts, based on the requirements of IEC, EN, UL, VDE, JIS, and other international safety standards and the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law. Also, the test voltage stability is improved with the adoption of a newly developed switching amplifier. Since the output voltage can be kept constant even when the AC line voltage or frequency changes, consistent testing can be performed, even when the power supply environment is in an unstable region. The TOS5300 is also equipped with a number of features that are capable of meeting a variety of test needs. Solid State GaN (Gallium Nitride) Amplifiers
Fairview Microwave’s solid state GaN (Gallium Nitride) power amplifiers (also called SSPAs) feature broad frequency bands ranging from 30 MHz to 7.5 GHz and very high gain levels from 43 to 60 dB. These GaN SSPAs also show impressive harmonic response (-15 to -20 dBc) under worst case conditions. Saturated output power levels range from 10W to 100W with 20% to 35% Power Added Efficiency (PAE). All of our high power solid state GaN amplifiers from Fairview have internally regulated single voltage supplies. Our GaN SSPAs are designed to withstand environmental conditions such as humidity, altitude, shock and vibration with an operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. Ultra Low Level DC Voltage Amplifiers
The EM A10 is a low level amplifier module for sensitive measurements, data collection and systems, where signals below 1 nanovolt may be measured. It is ideal for the input unit for precision voltage measuring systems, requiring voltage sensitivity for measuring low noise and low impedance sources. The noise level of the A10 is equivalent to a perfect resistor of about 20 ohms. When used with a digital voltmeter, steady one nanovolt digits may be displayed, with a response time constant of less than a second. The input voltage stability of the A10 is very high, with the drift around a nanovolt per degree C. The input connectors are made from pure copper. The input impedance is very high, and is time dependent, determined by the loop gain.

The TIA-4000 is comprised of a fibre coupled InGaAs APD detector combined with a variable reverse bias voltage network and fast transimpedance amplifier. The output of the unit is brought out to a type K female SMA connector. Light falling on the detector generates a positive-going proportional current. This current, multiplied by the transimpedance produces a voltage that is proportional to the light incident on the detector surface.
