Analog or Digital Communications Switching Systems with D Type Connectors
RS Series
The RS Series computer controlled switching systems are designed to switch multi-wire groups of signal up to 25 wires. These systems are typically used for signals such as parallel TTL, RS232, RS422, WAN or modems, but can also be used for any group of analog or digital signals having a bandpass up to 30 MHz or a data rate up to 20 Mbps. A modular design concept is used that provides configuration flexibility by allowing display modules, different control modules and switch modules to be combined into a single chassis.LED displays and switch point status feedback are available on most systems. Computer control via IEEE488 (GPIB) and RS232 is standard, while TCP/IP Ethernet LAN, USB and manual controls are optionally available.

Portable Circuit Breaker Tester

The PI-1600 Circuit Breaker Tester incorporates modular design and flexibility to provide unequaled capability in a portable package. The PI-1600 test set is two testers in one, incorporating the PI-800 and PI-AUX. The PI-800 section can be used alone, on 120 or 240 VAC supplies, generating continuous current of 400, 800, amps at 4.2 kVA, with peak output to over 10x. When configured for the PI-1600, the PI-AUX output unit is connected in series or parallel to the PI-800. The PI-AUX boosts total power to 9.8KVA, and allows testing of draw-out breakers and MCB’s to 1600 Amps. The units are housed in rugged interlocking suitcase-size enclosures. The CAT Snake Stage Box allows four lines of balanced analog audio to be run down a shielded CAT5/6/7 cable. Each of its four channels can carry balanced analog, AES/EBU, DMX, and Clear-Com signals hundreds of feet away. The CAT Snake is a fully passive unit which can be input directly into analog or digital consoles. Each channel is isolated which means channel 1 can send a DMX Signal while channel 2 is sending balanced analog all down the same shielded CAT5 cable.
