The PSM-R is a self contained AC power bridge excitation supply. This device consists of a low interwinding capacitance AC transformer and a high stability adjustable linear regulator designed specifically for driving transducer bridges. DC excitation is adjustable from 4 to 15 volts output and is capable of supplying 0 to 150 mA in output current. It features remote sensing to eliminate line drop errors and very low noise. It can also be used as a high quality voltage source or reference in many applications. AC input requirements are 105 to 125 VAC at 60 Hz.

The Tester 1006 has a simultaneous control function of up to 4 load cells in any weighing system, upload and download function for programming the DAT and MC 302 series instruments, but it can also be used as a Calibrator and Peak detector. The PIAB LKVE electronic overload protection system consists of a force transmitter with amplifier and an electronic signal processing unit. The PIAB LKVE force transmitter is attached to a stationary line part. The rope is deflected via a slight angle between the two wheels and the clamping jaw. When loaded, the rope tends to straighten and applies a force which is transmitted to the load cell. The load cell in the PIAB LKVE delivers a signal proportional to the force on the load cell. The signal is amplified and is converted to 4-20mA. This standardized signal (4-20mA) allows distances between the force transmitter and the electronic unit to be 500 m.

Weight Registration System
The number of the current hopper and the correct positioning, along with the indication of power and status, are displayed on the indicators. Four load cells are mounted on the cart. The system records the amount of material shipped from each hopper, and the total weight of the material in the trolley is also displayed. All information is stored in the controller memory for a specified time. After the necessary time intervals, the operator can rewrite the information on the USB drive for further processing.
