Fourier Transform Optical Spectrum Analyzer, 600 - 1700 nm
OSA202C
Thorlabs' Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSAs) perform highly accurate spectral measurements. Compatible with fiber-coupled and free-space light sources, these compact benchtop instruments suit a wide variety of applications, such as analyzing the spectrum of a telecom signal, resolving the Fabry-Perot modes of a gain chip, and identifying gas absorption lines. Many commonly available OSAs use grating-based monochromators, which have slow acquisition times due to the need to mechanically scan the grating and average out noise at each wavelength. Thorlabs' OSAs acquire the spectrum via a Fourier transform using a scanning Michelson interferometer in a push/pull configuration. This approach dramatically improves the acquisition time, enables a high-precision wavelength meter mode with 7 significant figures and ±1 part-per-million accuracy, and allows the included software to provide robust statistical analysis of the acquired spectra, as explained in the Design tab.

Optical Spectrum Analyzer
an optical spectrum analyzer for analyzing short wavelengths from 350nm to 1000 nm. Because it adopts a Fourier spectrum system with a Michelson interferometer, the 8341 can measure the coherence. With its narrow wavelength resolution of 0.01nm * , the 8341 is very effective for the evaluation of not only CD/DVD laser diodes, but also for blue-violet laser diodes. 10G DPSK Demodulator

PCI Three-Axis High Performance Laser Board with External Sampling

The Keysight N1231B PCI Three-Axis Laser Board with External Sampling is a register based PCI bus board that implements three axes of laser interferometer measurement for position monitoring and closed-loop servo control. There are four external sample inputs along with four data hold inputs that allow easy synchronization with user systems. Several threshold compare registers, with both hardware outputs and interrupt capability, can be used for travel limit and in window or out of window detection functions. The dual mode hardware position outputs, controlled by the hold inputs, provide either a 32-bits/axis parallel interface or a 36-bit multiplexed interface to the 36-bit axis position data at rates up to 20MHz. The user can programmatically access the externally sampled position and velocity data, as well as software sampled position and velocity data, over the PCI bus at rates up to 100kHz (3 axes of position and velocity) or 200kHz (position or velocity only).

2x4 QPSK Mixer
Optoplex's 2X4 polarization diversified optical hybrid (aka QPSK Mixer) is a 2x4 device, which mixes an incoming signal with a local oscillator. The 4 outputs of this device are connected to 4 single-ended detectors (see the function diagram below). The device features a monolithic optical core integrating a PBS with an interferometer which is also widely used in Optoplex's interleaver and DPSK-demodulator platforms.
