Micro probes 1 MHz up to 1 GHz
MFA 02 set
The two in the set included micro probes are used to measure low-frequency magnetic fields up to 1 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD componets (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the BT 706 Bias tee. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm. The micro probes are connected via the Bias tee to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope. The MFA 02 set delivery of Langer EMV-Technik GmbH includes correction lines. With the help of the correction lines the probe output voltage is converted either into the respective magnetic field or to the current which is running through the conductor.

The HMC7885 is a 32 W gallium nitride (GaN), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) power amplifier (PA) module that operates between 2 GHz and 6 GHz, and is provided in an 18-lead hermetically sealed module. The AD8452 combines a precision analog front-end controller and switch mode power supply (SMPS), pulse-width modulator (PWM) driver into a single silicon platform for high volume battery testing and formation manufacturing. A precision instrumentation amplifier (in-amp) measures the battery charge/discharge current to better than ±0.1% accuracy, while an equally accurate difference amplifier measures the battery voltage. Internal laser trimmed resistor networks establish the in-amp and difference amplifier gains (66 V/V and 0.4 V/V, respectively), and stabilize the AD8452 performance across the rated operating temperature range.

QE system provides electronics and software designed for fully automated measurement of external quantum efficiency of solar cells. All systems include probes and a fixed plate sample stage for samples up to 150 mm x 150 mm. The main system components include: custom designed software, measurement electronics, and computer system (Windows 8 operating system). The measurement involves focusing monochromatic light to a spot on the device under test, then accurately measuring the photon flux and current from the test cell. The system utilizes a dual beam configuration with lock-in detection, providing an absolute accuracy of ±3%. The QE system uses a grating monochrometer with silicon/InGaAs/Ge detectors. The system includes automatic order sorting filters and two light sources for monochromatic illumination (a Xenon- arc lamp and a halogen lamp). A single lock-in amplifier is used to measure both the reference detector and test device. The main system comes with all the hardware needed to measure quantum efficiency, a fixed plate sample stage and probes.

IVTS In-Vehicle Test Set
The in-vehicle test set was developed to successively measure several active RF amplifiers installed in the vehicle as well as different antenna structures. It offers the possibility to connect 12 DUTs. The DUTs can be connected to an external spectrum analyser via a 1 to 12 RF multiplexer. Each DUT can be individually switched and supplied with an adjustable voltage via a bias-tee integrated in the system. The individual bias voltages and currents are recorded by the IVTS and can be called up on an interactive control panel or via Ethernet and SCPI commands.
