The 40-877A-001 (PXI) and 42-877A-001 (PXIe) are 50Ω 2x2 RF matrices with 1 bank in a single PXI slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40/42-877A modules. The module has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost.

PXI Fault Insertion Matrix Modules
All of our fault insertion matrices feature a breakout arrangement that allows faults to be attached to the sensor lines via the Y axis. This includes the breaking of a connection or the adding of a series defect – all of which can simulate connectivity problems in the system. The three pin breakout versions allow the connection to be swapped for a “bad” sensor simulation.

GX6188 Series
The GX6188 is a 6U PXI, high density matrix, GENASYS architecture switching card. The card provides the user with the ability to connect and interface resources to multiple UUT connections. The board consists of two matrices - a 104x8 and a 8x8 matrix. The GX6188 can connect to 104 UUT switching points, eight external resources and an eight channel global bus via front panel connectors. Multiple GX6188 cards can be connected using the global bus. Like other GENASYS switch cards, the GX6188 features an integral, 3-dimensional switching architecture which provides the flexibility to connect test system resources to multiple UUT connections as well as supporting an expansion bus connection without sacrificing I/O matrix connections when building multiple switch card configurations.

Genetic Programming Environment for FIFTH (GPE5™)
Introduced in 2007 by Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), the Genetic Programming Environment for FIFTH (GPE5) incorporates several important features that set it apart from other GP systems. GPE5 programs are evolved using a stack-based language (FIFTH) whose syntax and interpreter is similar to FORTH. The single parameter stack for FIFTH holds containers that support multiple data types with intrinsic handling of vectors and matrices. Other stack-based GP languages use separate stacks for each data type with no provision for manipulating a vector as an object.
